Day 1: MILAN
Arrival transfer from airport to hotel. Accommodation. Overnight.

Day 2: MILAN
Breakfast and walking guided tour of Milan, the Italian Capital of Fashion. Your tour will start in Duomo Square with the view of Milan’s Cathedral. Then continue to Victor Emmanuel Gallery, a pedestrian mall built in the 1800s featuring a large arched glass ceiling. Afterwards the Sforza Castle from outside. Lunch on your own to taste typical specialties like the famous “Risotto alla Milanese” and “Cotoletta alla Milanese”. In the afternoon free time in Milan for individual visits or shopping. We suggest you to visit the Dominican convent adjoining the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie which houses one of the most important masterpieces in the world: the “Last Supper” by Leonardo da Vinci, an enigmatic and mysterious masterpiece still source of debates. We suggest also a walk through Brera district, with the famous Pinacoteca di Brera and the Artists Quarter. Dinner on your own. Back to your hotel and overnight.

Day 3: MILAN – VERONA – VENICE
Breakfast and departure to Verona. Free time for individual visits and shopping through the famous streets of Romeo & Juliet’s city. We recommend you to visit Juliet’s Balcony and the Roman Arena. After lunch on your own, departure to the next stop: the most romantic city in the world, Venice. Arrival and accommodation at your hotel.

Day 4: VENICE
Breakfast and start of your walking guided tour of Venice, the Italian romantic city par excellence. This tour will show you Venice most important monuments, among them St. Mark’s Square and his the Golden Basilique, built over several centuries in a fusion of Byzantine, Roman and Venetian architecture. Admire the Doge’s Palace, the famous Canal Grande and Rialto Bridge, and finally the Sospiri Bridge, created at the beginning of the 17th century to serve as a link between prisons. Lunch on your own to try some of the many typical specialities of this region. In the afternoon free time for individual visits and shopping. Don’t miss to enjoy a special excursion into Venice Lagoon: Burano, famous for the production of lace; Murano, for glass processing; Pellestrina, characterized by sandy dunes and high reeds; Torcello, one of the oldest human settlements in the area. Dinner on your own and overnight at your hotel.

Day 5: VENICE – BOLOGNA – FLORENCE
Breakfast and departure to Bologna. Free time for individual visits and shopping through the city of arcades. Built over a long period of time from the 11th to the 20th century, the arcades of Bologna are considered a heritage of ‘exceptional universal value’ for which the city has been nominated for inclusion in the World Heritage List of UNESCO.  After lunch on your own, departure to the next stop: the city of Art par excellence, Florence. Day 6: FLORENCE
Breakfast and start of your walking guided tour of Florence. Discover the Gallery of the Academy with the imposing Michelangelo’s sculpture, David. Continue your tour in the city centre which is the birthplace and the cradle of the Italian Renaissance and the centre of the world’s finest art and architecture. Admire the magnificent Santa Maria del Fiore, celebrated for its magnificent dome designed by Brunelleschi, and take a look to the Baptistery’s renowned “Gates of Paradise” by Ghiberti. Afterwards continue to the open-air museum at Signoria Square, ending at the splendid Ponte Vecchio, known as the “Old Bridge”. Lunch on your own to taste the worldwide famous Fiorentina Steak. In the afternoon, free time for individual visits and shopping. Don’t miss the Uffizi Gallery that provides insight into the history of the structure and its collections, where you can see the famous works of Giotto, Botticelli and Leonardo da Vinci. Dinner on your own and overnight at your hotel.

Day 7: FLORENCE – ORVIETO –  ROME
Breakfast and departure to Orvieto. Free time for individual visits and shopping through the city. Orvieto is a beautiful city in the Umbria region that leaves the visitor who sees it for the first time open-mouthed! It is an unexpected and surprising discovery, a town bristling on a cliff of tuff with sheer walls, a concentration of artistic and scenic beauty. After lunch on your own, departure to the next stop: Rome, the eternal city. Arrival and accommodation at your hotel.

Day 8: ROME
Breakfast and start of your guided city tour of Rome, the capital of Italy, considered one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The legend says that in 753 B.C. two brothers, Romulus and Remus, were the founders of Rome, suckled by the famous she-wolf, which by then had become the iconographic symbol of the capital. Visit the ancient Rome tour with the legendary Colosseum, one of the largest amphitheater built by Roman Empire with more than 50,000 seat, in which gladiator contests and public events took place. Afterwards continue to the Roman Forum and admire the magnificent Arch of Constantine, erected by the Roman Senate to commemorate his leadership over the Eternal City. Lunch on your own in the city center to taste local specialties like Pasta alla Puttanesca or Amatriciana. In the afternoon let’s continue the tour with the Vatican City, the smallest city in the world, the Vatican Museums, the Sixtine Chapel and the St. Peter’s Basilica, the largest church in the world, with the imposing dome rising above the roofs of the Eternal City. Dinner on your own and overnight at your hotel.
